Manufacturing the Future Conference 2020

The Conference for Discrete Manufacturing Sectors

All around the world smart technologies are changing the way people live and work. Similarly, the rapid evolution of production, information and operating technology is slowly transforming manufacturing. Making strategic choices about your digitalisation of manufacturing will differentiate Irish operations and overall global competitiveness.

This conference will support leaders to make better decisions on areas like; Advanced Technologies, Sustainability; Leaner and Greener manufacturing; and bring their workforce along to the next generation of Operational Excellence in a Smart Factory.

The themes we intend to cover as part of the conference are as follows: -

Plenary Session:       European and global manufacturing: trends, challenges and the way forward

Session 1:                  Foundation setting: Operational Excellence - bedrock for all other things manufacturing

Session 2:                   Applying Advanced Technologies in the Manufacturing world

Session 3:                   Sustainable Manufacturing – who is doing it, and why?

Session 4:                   Confidence, Leadership and growth in challenging times
